All Vermont middle and high schoolers will have access to free condoms under new bill

As a mother of a daughter I can say unequivocally I would be homeschooling my child if this had been in place when she was in school. This is usurping the rights of parents. This is the state thinking they can parent better than you. How do you teach your child abstinence when they are giving away condoms in schools?
