General Matthew Ridgeway is considered by some military historians as the man who saved us in the Korean War. He had a week to prepare the defenses of all the UN forces North of Seoul. The UN forces were pushed back to the South of Seoul, then he executed a brilliant counterattack with the help of his photographic memory.
