How Robert O’Brien helped steer the Pentagon toward a bigger Navy

Plans to enlarge the Navy expected to be announced in October at Maine shipbuilding facility. Not clear if unmanned ships and subs would be included in 355 ship total. Columbia, Virginia class subs, F35s and Ford class carriers will be big draw on Navy budget. LCS program being replaced with new European designed frigate, what else should be built to reach 355 ships?
