There are numerous instances in the old and new testaments, in which the Children of God are exhorted to pick up arms and armor. If a Believer kills another, it's between Him/Her and God. Earthly Law and the Courts are going to get involved, to be sure. Justifiable Homicide has been a part of the Law for a long loong time.
