Attacks on U.S. troops in Iraq have increased, U.S. commander says

I would like to know from others if they consider the Iraq War as a win or loss. I personally think it's a win.

Based on my enduring clinical research re: combat and the military we lost in Korea, Vietnam and we are losing in the Middle East. In each scenario we are the invaders and really do not understand the Asian cultures.
