I’m baffled by your statements, with all that has been found and verified about , ballots, spying and other anomalies done by the left and nothing verified about Trump, with regard to these matters.

SSgt Ray Stone -
Fact - Homes are allowed to have private mailboxes.
Fact - USPS postal workers deliver mail and pick up mail from those mail boxes every weekday, and in most cases on Saturdays.
Fact - If a state can send a mail-in ballot to someone on the active voter rolls, via USPS, and the person gets it from their home mail box or their PO Box, they clearly are capable of making use of the United States Postal Service system.
Fact - "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof." Source US Constitution, Article I, Section 4.
Fact - In the cases where the Trump administration is suing states over mail-in ballots, the changes being made to the States time, place, and manner of elections are not being made by legislators.
Fact - Elected officials may not legally choose to violate the US Constitution by usurping the powers of another branch of government.
Fact - "The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States." Source: US Constitution, Article III, Section 2. President Trump is following the Constitution in asking the judicial branch to render a judgment on the Constitutionality of member of the state executive branch usurping a power of the state legislature.

Which of these listed facts is NOT a fact?

Respond with facts, not insults.

If you don't have a problem with elected officials in the executive branch violating the Constitution... Well... let me remind you that President Trump is an elected official in the executive branch. Do you really want to send him the message that it is OK for an elected member of the Executive Branch of government to usurp the Constitutional powers of the legislature. I DON"T!!!

SSgt Ray Stone - I already did under PO1 H Gene Lawrence's thread, but you have not responded. I will repeat it here for your convenience.

If you find you cannot refute my facts, don't bother responding with insults. I will accept your silence as a concession that you have an indefensible position.

Maj John Bell what does that have to do with him coviently sabotaging the postal service because he's against mail in voting. One in six Americans live in states that do not permit online voter registration. In light of COVID-19, citizens residing in these states need a functioning post office if they are to have a chance to exercise their fundamental right to vote without endangering health. Again Trump has been attacking the USPS since he's been in office and he's against mail in voting WHY? You know what nevermind don't answer, I forget I'm talking to a die hard supporter that looks at him as a God that can do no wrong. PEACE. What ever it takes for him to second term huh

SSgt Ray Stone - As I suspected, you could not find any fault with my facts.
Here's a few more:
_There is very little difference in the demographics of those who vote in person and those who vote by mail-in ballot. The two exceptions are voters over the age of 65, and African American voters.
-Voters over the age of 65 are more likely to use mail-in ballots
-African American Voters are more likely to request mail-in ballots, but drop off their ballots in person at the polling place. When they request mail-in ballots, over 60% still drop off their mail-in ballots because they have higher confidence that their votes will be counted and counted more accurately than by voting in person.
Source: CalTech University (see the attached link)

According to the Guardian (rated as left leaning on the bias ratings) In the last Presidential election cycle 72% of those over age 65 voted Republican, with Trump getting 63% of the Presidential vote for the demographic. Among voters over age 65 who rated themselves as likely to vote in 2020, 59% % indicated they are likely or highly likely to vote for President Trump. In this Demographic, Mail-in votes are likely to help President Trump.
Source: "Fact check: are older Americans really more likely to vote Republican?" The Guardian, July 23, 2020, by Mona Chalabi

According to NBC/WSJ (Rated as Left Leaning on the bias ratings) on a Gallup Polls (rated as neutral in bias ratings) In the last Presidential election cycle 8% of African Americans voted for President Trump. Among African American voters who rate themselves as likely or highly likely to vote in the 2020 general election, 22% indicated they are likely or highly likely to vote for President Trump. If African Americans choose to mail-in their ballots, the results will probably represent a net gain in the range of 2% increase in the total popular vote going to President Trump. So once again, an increase in mail-in votes is more likely to benefit President Trump, although the margin of error could bring it to an insignificant net gain or loss.

https://www.blackenterprise.com/trumps-approval-rating-with-black-voters-may-be-higher-than-you-thought/

What specific measures has the post office at the President's command taken that endanger mail-in ballot voting?

https://electionupdates.caltech.edu/2020/03/20/some-demographics-on-voting-by-mail/#:~:text=There%20is%20very%20little%20demographic%20difference%20in%20the,voters%20to%20vote%20by%20mail%20without%20an%20excuse.%29

I do not think of President Trump as a God. I believe the 2016 Presidential election slate will be regarded as the worst slate the two major parties have so far produced, and the 2020 slate is not far behind. It would be better if you asked my opinion instead of stating my position. You are not good at it. Unfortunately, my choices for 2020 are unsatisfactory so I'll pick what I think is least bad for the country. Vice President Biden does not have my vote.
