I pray you that I are servant leaders and that we encourage others to respect those they have disagreements with. I pray that we each have eyes to see and ears to hear what God knows we need to see and hear. I pray that we are each increasingly doers of the law of God and not merely good listeners. 'For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law. I lift the friendless, the loners, the abandoned, the severely depressed and suicidal to YOU dear LORD. I know YOU reach out to those in desperate straits and YOU desire all to come to faith in YOU. I pray that many of the friendless, loners, abandoned and severely depressed are your elect and that YOU are bringing hope to each one. You are a friend WHO sticks closer than a brother. I pray that YOU guide individuals to assist each of these and be a true friend. I pray that those intent on suicide will be blessed with hope and turn from their plan to end life.
I pray that families and groups of friends who are spending much time together are learning more about the good of fellowship and that fun is increasingly. Let love between spouses and parents and children blossom more fully.
I lift each of the elected leaders, legislators, appointed officials, and judges throughout the USA, [as well as Australia, Canada, Mexico, India, Europe, Africa, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Central and South America] to YOU LORD. I pray that focus on what unites them across party lines and political viewpoints. Help them to be good company and reducing posturing and replace it with productive compromise on non-essentials and firm stands on what is essential with gentleness and respect.
I pray that each one of YOUR adopted children and your loved ones sleep well Tuesday night and will awake healthy on Wednesday morning.
