Atomic bombing of Nagasaki - BBC
Accounts of the American justification for dropping a second bomb in Nagasaki. From the BBC. This is a commercial channel from BBC Studios. Service & Feedbac...
Thank you my friend Lt Col Charlie Brown for making us aware about the non-classified documentary of buildup through aftermath of the American bomber Enola Gay dropping a five-ton bomb ("Little Boy") over the Japanese city of Hiroshima on On August 6, 1945.
I expect it was politically correct to post it tonight instead of August 6.
Hopefully this will include the B-29 Bockscar dropping the plutonium implosion bomb ("Fat Man") on Nagasaki three days later - August 9, 1945. That brought Japan to its knees as they sued fro surrender unconditionally.
Just in case, 'accounts of the American justification for dropping a second bomb in Nagasaki. From the BBC.
