Illinois governor JB Pritzker has criticised the federal government for making states fight over personal protective equipment (PPE) in the first few months of the coronavirus pandemic.

Well the government did not stick the ppe in their face after the last pandemic in order to restock and be ready. So Trump did it before he was in office. Because the Russians. And Ukraine. China might be guilty too.
