This is going to be a mess. Our hospital utilized MPs and BMM from the Division to work as road guards, and such during COVID operations. I for see people requesting these medals, that should not be receiving them and people who actually earned them struggling to get them.

I sure hope it does work out though. Many people worked double and triple the hours as usual during this pandemic, risking their safety as well as their families, while others were at home . A medal is the least many of these man and women deserve.
