Nice... American Special Operations forces used a specially designed secret missile to kill the head of a Qaeda affiliate in Syria this month, dealing the terrorist group a serious blow with a weapon that combines "medieval brutality with cutting-edge technology."

Thanks COL Charles Williams! I wish the NYT hadn't editorialized with the word, "medievel." The missile is designed to prevent innocent casualties, so it has no explosive warhead. But it also kills the intended target instantly. There is no pain, no anguish, no torture. An enemy is just dead.

I read an article that Turkey used off the shelf technology and used drones to destroy 100 Russian tanks in Syria. That is a game changer. I really think we should look at their drone program.
