I've been watching some of the videos of the shooter in Albuquerque prior to the shooting. Multiple videos show him assaulting people in the crowd on multiple occasions before the crowd turns on him (I did notice that they all seem to be women, every single person I've seen a video of him assaulting in the crowd, I see three separate cases). He left the crowd after being chased out after assaulting people and then re-entered with mace in his hands before the final assault and it all goes to heck.

My non-professional legal analysis? This guy is so screwed. The mace in his hands, re-entry of the crowd, multiple assaults on women in the crowd and illegally concealed handgun all show a criminal intent to incite violence. He's going to have a very tough time with all the video trying to make any case for self defense.
