Is a point reached when caution becomes simply fear? I ask because some of the schools mentioned like the nurses requires the students to understand how to do the military mission and the humanitarian mission. Missing either weakens the participant this weakens the military.

Yes, lets cancel NSTP, we cannot have nursing students at Army Hospitals doing nursing, they might get sick.
