Thank you my friend SSgt (Join to see) for making us aware that Democrat Rep. Bobby Rush (IL) recently introduced the COVID-19 Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone, or TRACE, Act.
'Rush’s bill would provide $100 billion in funding to the Health and Human Services Department for “diagnostic testing for COVID–19, to trace and monitor the contacts of infected individuals, and to support the quarantine of such contacts.” In short, the proposed legislation would both test and track infected individuals and all their contacts. The new buzz phrase is “contact tracing.” '
