We are busy doing virtual workshops. What am I learning while teaching...the biggest hurdle for people is their own thoughts. We can talk ourselves into or out of anything either positive or negative. If we believe we can win; we can do it, then we find a way to do so. If we believe we can't, we are unable to hang on to it even when it is handed to us! Which way does your mind work?
