Probably true. None of the Christian holidays started as being Christ like. The Catholic church incorporated pagan rituals and "High Days" to become more palatable to pagan converts. Over time these became solidly part of catholic dogma. Even today we Christian's still follow the yearly trek of "Christian" holidays. Bit, you know, I don't care about any of that. I do care that I am saved and all can become saved as well. Easter is just a Sunday that helps identify the gift of salvation. This is the only thing to really celebrate. Hope you and yours have a blessed day, tomorrow, and future.
