'This is not the time for a cyber attack,' San Antonio sees uptick in cyber schemes

It's bad enough there are hackers out there trying to hack all of us, but during this horrible time of World Wide Crisis, Cyber attackers/Hackers are going FULL FORCE! These people/monsters who do this are HEARTLESS!

Last week I discovered my NETFLIX account had been hacked. I received an email from NETFLIX stating the request to change my email has bee approved and completed.

First I thought it was a SPOOF email...I went to contact Netflix...but they are on limited hours. All of their employees are working from home so I had to wait till MONDAY to contact them....and they are only helping people by computer...where you type to them and they type back.

I waited for one hour 48 mintues and finally got someone on my screen. It took another hour to undo what the HACKER did...and I have my Netfilx account back.

Everyone should change all of their passwords to something really difficult...with upper and lower case with numbers and special characters. I have changed all of my passwords to something completely different from anything I have ever used previously. JUST FYI

Also, DO NOT SAVE your password with your browser. I have saved all of mine through NORTON Password protector. If you have "Auto save" through browsers or the website and click on remember me...you are asking for trouble.
