The kidnapping campaign of Nazi Germany | DW Documentary

Interesting aspect I was not familiar with.
I am the son of "Displaced Persons" after WWII. They were both kidnapped by the German Forces from their native Ukraine. Fortunately, by comparison, they were both used as slave labor during the war. After the war they were in DP (refugee) camps for 5 years!. Where I was born.
The USA allowed approximately 200,000 Ukrainians to immigrate into the USA. My parents and I were 3 of the very fortunate. I thank this Country every day!
