I am sure they will find the money right where they find the funds to bail out the airlines and other big businesses. Maybe even some banks?

MSG Stan Hutchison - Well, since it is the same bill...
i think the simple answer is to just suspend everything.
Interest payments.
Student loans.
Mortgages.
Make it basically like March, April, and maybe May don't exist for billing purposes. Then make whole the handful that are put out by that action, not throw money at millions of people and pretend that it did something.

Not everyone needs the money. I don't need $6k from the feds. We should means test anything we do and consider how the person can pay it back over time, perhaps by not getting tax refund checks for a few years. If someone was working and they lose their job due to the virus then perhaps they get the front of $x,000.
If they were not working before the virus then they can get file for unemployment or continue whatever program(s) they might be using.
Why would we send $6k to retired people who will not lose income over the virus. Retired people should not be in the stock market either so no loss there.
Perhaps we can get China to foot the bill for whatever we pay out to Americans.
