What if CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NPR et al had given Obama the treatment they are giving Trump!!!

MAJ Ken Landgren - Maybe...but those others refused to portray Obama in any negative light...left wing like Fox is right wing. I just really don't like listening or watching any of them.

At least Fox news has taken to task some of the aspects of the Trump Administration my friend Capt Dwayne Conyers. I rarely watch Fox news - generally while searching for videos on current events :-)
1. When former POTUS Obama was nominated by and large many news media outlets were ecstatic that the junior senator from Illinois was nominated. That was considered a paradigm shift, a sea change, etc. At times some of the news media criticized his policies but never him.
2. The mainstream media news outlets CNN, NPR, ABC, etc. have treated President Trump as guilty
a. since the corrupt Russia Gate disinformation campaign before he was inaugurated
b. throughout the impeachment investigation etc.
3. I the biggest difference has been in the treatment of the embers of the first family.
4. Michelle Obama was lauded and their daughters were generally off limits.
5. Melania Trump, Ivanka Trump and even Barron Trump were targeted and criticized, lampooned for the first two tears after Donald Trump was inaugurated. Melania is still targeted at times.

The challenge with this trope is that it can only point to one network. Turn it around (see above) and the trope explodes into multiple networks. It may be a clue as to the weight of pressure being pushed out.
I am trying to think of any other major (TV) network that has been broadcasting for over 20 years. So far, drawing a blank.
