Another fantastic weapon I have two 1911, .45's also. All my friends try to get me to switch to the 40's, or 9mm, I just tell em that all I have to with .45 is hit your body, and your going down, not so true with the others.

The 9mm is good for target practice easy on the hands and arms, I just love my 1911's

After having an M16, I had a .45 for just a little while. Then after flight school the army give me a .38 revolver. A few years later the army gave me a 9mm. After the army I bought a .40. With all that switching, I never could get the same feel, confidence, and power as I had with the .45, so a year ago I bought a M1911 .45 cal. Love it. Nothing beats it. Never going to anything else again.
