Impeachment Witness Alexander Vindman Fired From the White House

White House duty carries no sanction with premature end of assignment unless his Chain of Command presses charges and they are not doing so in this case. So this is treated as an end to his assignment. Secret Service handles this the same way. Used to work with an ex-Secret Service agent that had White House detail with the first George Bush. He got booted from White House for stepping in front of the camera during two seperate photo ops. Second photo op both Barbara Bush and George lost their temper and presumed it was deliberate action on his part.

SPC Erich Guenther - That will depend on the classification of the information he leaked to unauthorized individuals. If anything was leaked that was classified, the Army has prosecuted and imprisoned individuals before. Hell, Petreaus was charged for having his personal journals at home, this guy was working with a foreign government and agencies outside his chain of command.

CPT Lawrence Cable - Actually GEN Petraeus was charged with improper storage of classified materials. I know for a fact that previous to that time, during that time, and continuing until today that general officers in the US military regularly store classified documents at home. There are some, just like GEN Petraeus, that do not store those documents properly, some have been caught others have not.

SSG Robert Webster - The classified material were his personal journals from Afghanistan and the improper storage was simply at his house. I agree, this kind of stuff happens all the time, there wasn't any accusation of compromise.
Or like BRYAN NISHIMURA, who had classified material on his personal computer and took it off base in Afghanistan, where it wasn't caught, and back to the US with him were the FBI found out.

MSG Stan Hutchison or leaking information

MSG Stan Hutchison - You might recall he also testified about telling other people about a classified call. He would not say who under oath. My guess is they figured out who it was and it was an unauthorized recipient. It was clear from his testimony he was resisting the president's foreign policy on Ukraine. That is a death sentence as a staffer at the white house. You construe it to be vindictive it could have been a breach of protocol, leaking etc.. too.

We all know why the Vindman brothers and Ambassador Sondland were fired. Play all the games you guys wish, but we know the truth.

Cpl Jeff N. - The call was not classified at the time. Once Trump released the so-called transcript, the classification went away, if it ever existed.
