Interesting post. Actually, all of them self destruct automatically. I have no idea where he got his information, but he is wrong.

I'm a retired combat engineer, these are well known to me. MOPMS, Volcano, GATOR, ADAM, and RAAMS are the type of mines the US Army has in their inventory, ALL self destruct. This technology is over 20 years old and as close to fool proof as anything gets. If you want to check it all out for yourself, the link is a good place to start. I really wish he would have cited where he got his information.
