Investigation: Why did an Army vet with PTSD die in police custody?

Many Veterans are considered Armed and Dangerous.. I am flagged evertime I fly and cross the border back from Mexico. I had my gun rights taken away for 5 years in 2009 and the VA tried to make it permanent 2016.. I fought them and they backed off.. The reason is my Mental Illness is 100% on one disability. My total percentage is combined 194%. Their math. Everytime I have been arrested or detained it's a Felony take down at least 10 times.... In jail the Sheriff does the damage.. but the Homies are scared of Veterans.. even old ones... funny as shit....

Last time I was arrested 2015 it was a 9mm on my walkway at 4M centermass. A shotgun at 5M scatter body shot in my yard and an AR-15 head shot at 20M down the street. They hurt me and thew me naked in a cell for 5 days... I suffer from Service conectionTBI , PTSD and Bipolar I... I was 59 at the time... The time before in 2013 I had 2 9mm's at 3 and 4 m aimed at center mass while in my kitchen. I was confused as the Woman PO was screaming for me to raise my hands... I am deaf on one side... They all knew in advance that I was a Veteran with multi Combative MOS's.. so I got the Royal treatment... a year later my shoulders were still sore from the cuffs.... I have a E-7 friend and they taken him down many times as well.. he's 70.
