Interesting considering Trump and the EPA have committed to considerable amount of deregulation that attempted to protect the US environment.

The EPA is bound by law to enforce rates as they were set up by the clean water act and the clean air act plus a few minor acts and revision established by congress. Each state must abide at a minimum by those acts, now they can enforce a stricter policy if they wish like California.

MAJ Ken Landgren - The EPA cannot drop the standard beyond what was allowed in each of the acts, that is the law established by Congress back when each ACT was enacted. Now Obama via presidential order raised some limits above the allowed law, so the only thing Trump can do is lower back to what was passed by law. This is my field, I work in environmental compliance for air and water plus some soil.

PO3 (Join to see) - I listened to all President Trump had to say and in no uncertain terms the author of this video segment is a myopic idiot trying to gain notoriety in the Climate Change arena... There was absolutely nothing about Greta Thunberg, but the author made vast assumptions that are totally untrue! President Trump's speech gave a positive picture where Our Country is positioned in the climate arena and addressed the subject in broad terms! No other COuntry comes close to what we have done to improve our conservation of Planet Earth... That said, I give this prevaricator 10 pinocchios!!!
