I just saw an 82nd guy at the DFAC with a Cell phone so it must not have been all of them, or he went to the PX.

Apparently this is the rapid response force and they don't want them to give away their position. They intend to set up some kind of calling center for them to use.

Me Too Ma’am! Even when we had home phones in Germany, it cost $$$ for local calls, and even more $$$$$$$$$$ to call the states! My first call home to my Parents cost me over three hundred dollars... that was almost half of E4 under three pay !
