For culture to change, a sub-group must be made. In this one case, it is Shiite Islam.
Welfare creates a sub-group. Illegal aliens create a sub-group. These examples are to attack culture. It causes government to grow and racism.
It is an end run around the Constitution. A document of limited government. Bringing in other cultures and calling them equal is selling out for campaign funding.
