We have to remember one thing- it's Russian. Their new aircraft carrier had to be towed a large part of the way to its present station off Syria by tugboats, and since it arrived there, a third of its complement of planes have crashed while landing. I remember the first satellite was the Soviet (Russian) Sputnik, it could periodically go "Beep-beep" and fell to Earth in less than 3 months. The first US satellite was Explorer I, which discovered the Van Allen radiation belt and stayed in orbit 29 years.

If it's Russian, I'm not too worried.
