They have a chemical imbalance that is not curable with todays technology. I feel they should be locked away from the rest of society for life until we do have a cure.

Sexual predators are everywhere - whether they abuse children or adults there are predators in every service, in every career in the civilian world. They know how to get away with it and many do for years. I would bet this wasn't his first attempt at this.

Think about the ones who never get caught - never get jail time...they are out there. Military and civilian alike.

But there are more that don't - in the military and civilian world. That's pretty damn sad to know there are people who get away with it for years.
Also - the majority of sex abuse crimes in the Army - at least when I went through UCMJ results in 2015, 2016, are child sex abuse and child pornography. It's pretty damn disgusting.
