Key word, "Influencer"... the guy's looking for clicks and hits.
That being said, let's walk down this rocky, pitfall-riddled road for a moment. What is "mental health" anyway? Do animals in nature fall into categories such as "sane" and "insane"? Does an antelope fair better against the lion if it is sheltered from the realities of the food chain, does it instinctively "know" when and how to run from danger... or does seeing its herd mates devoured by large, intelligent, violent cats "teach" it how to avoid becoming lunch?
I'm not a psychologist, but my best guess after forty-one years of life (some of it harder than others' experiences) is this; sanity is little more than being at peace with fate. If you accept that some people will love you, some will hate you, and many won't ever even notice you... that makes things like "ego", "depression", and "anxiety" a bit less impactful on how you elect to interact with the world around you.
Not learning about one of the most horrific and bloody conflicts in history would create generations of people incapable of understanding how the world got to that point... often with the very best of intentions.

This is why we shouldn't take reality TV stars seriously. They say things for the shock value.
