Maybe the general needs to reread his history on Mussolini. That is an asinine comment and he ought to know it. He says it because it fits his world view. Anyone who bucks the system must be ridiculed for every single thing they do or say.

Or the administration can prove it’s a cost savings measure by canceling all government paid print subscriptions, not just select ones known to criticize the administration, and have federal employees buy their own paper or online subscriptions like the rest of us federal employees that live outside of DC. That’s all they had to do to avoid the perception this act is targeting specific news sources for political bias.

Taxpayers should not have to subsidize WH subscriptions to Commie Propaganda. High 5’s to the RP Peanut Gallery, whose comments are nothing more than making a big fuss over nothing. But that’s to be expected... I’d almost be disappointed if they didn’t complain. The white noise in the background makes it easier to sleep.

Actually taxpayers shouldn’t have to subsidize subscriptions of any newspapers for anyone in the WH. They make enough money to buy their own damn print and online subscriptions. But I can see your preference to only have taxpayers subsidize Fascist propaganda in the WH.
