Have you ever noticed people who drive Dodge trucks are more mindful of the law.

I always thought that happened when police changed over to Dodge vehicles.

I do recall police crashing their cruisers by pumping their brakes when you can't pump your brakes with ABS or it will affect your car and it WILL cause a skid.

Problem is that what you describe, as I recall, is normal driving in Canada.

People racing in parking lots in vehicles of all types. I am sure you have seen truckers in the USA driving too fast in big downpours and risking hydroplaning just like up here doing the same thing in a snowfall but their roostertail of snow blinds the adjacent drivers who are driving slower in the near whiteout conditions at night. It happened to me before and it is scary. I have not hydroplaned but I have hit smoothed ice by stop signs or intersections and the vehicle goes just past the limit line. It is very scary.

You would think that people who frequently drive in hazardous conditions would be better prepared, wouldn't you?
