Well lets just say this. I never sold my ass. Infact I had to stop him physically from going that far as he did some things that well were headed in that direction the same day I moved in. He was a friend who I now am told was grooming me for when I was completely vulnerable and desperate for housing again. It happened, and I made an agreement to move in and fix his 1 million dollar home that was in disrepair. Yes he has mental problems as well. I have been engaged to multiple times before I met him. He knew that. We shared many stories etc I was even a handyman on his house for $20 n hour a few times to test me out. I did not know he was well ready or wanting to get in my pants. WEll the first time I moved was wishin 1 year of my mom dying and my fiancée dumping me within months as i was depressed and arguments were happeneing and my handyman work was not happening so I was not paying the bills or sharing the load well. Also I was not in the va system at all and still silent or not knowing why I was living the way I was living sort of avoiding things unable to keep a real job and doing the things I was doing, which in the long run my mom would watch and that and my father being a Vietnam veteran who could not raise me all that stress well man my mom well she is with heaven now!!

In The Interest of Justice, The Constitution Of the United States I swore an Oath at 18 to defend which includes all of our rights in the Bill of Right which spawn into civil, patient, victim rights laws in the USC United States Codes, which creates awareness and defenders of these right crimes and victimization in ME TOO Movement.
I guess some people told me not to remember my military service experience and move on as my life fell apart unprocessed. 15 years later, for the first time ever, hitting the bottom, i became aware of some va web sites that said if this happens then it can cause this illness I had dealt with for many years without support or understanding, then I finally went to the VA doctors who had to hear me talk about my military service 10000 times over 4 years finally shockingly connecing the dots, repeating the same things that they were telling me caused how I was and am, awaiting the VA benefits Oakland to approve some benefits instead. Only talking about it actually caused some healing and support. Although I do not believe I should of had to mention the same things 10000 times but we were all stunned it was taking forever doctors and me alike to get benefits support.
A man who is born logical will not forget logic but will become crazy when given an illogical rubix cube at be told to attempt to solve it without warnings. This guy ill attempt to find out what happened to him because the loss and pain associated was the bad and he needs to examine this wreck to understand and learn and hope never to be part of something like this again
I found 1995 and 1998 Navy IG infact reported “systemic weakness in training and administration” of my command on the Guided Missle Frigates, when I was assigned 18 1994 to 1999. There is no coincidence how a meritorious recruit goes into darkness.

At the time the BVA granted A.H. service connection, VA treatment records in his claims file documented years of his paranoid and delusional thinking, chronic suicidal thoughts and prior suicide attempts, and chronically low functioning. Inexplicably, without conducting an examination, and without considering or referencing this clinical history, the VA assigned A.H. a 0% disability rating in August 2016. The result was crushing for A.H., and unlawful."

But oddly Females probably understandingly are the ones who got the ball started to expose sexual abuse, but doctors I have found out can listen to man talk about some severe male on male abuse and do nothing else and no report made means no investigation and no evidence found and no criminal or civil victims rights protections

FACTS
1. Many people who have cognitive disabilities have an excellent recall of traumatic or
special events in their lives.
4. Due to improper interviewing, cases involving victims with disabilities have rarely
been moved forward for prosecution. In other words, when an interview has not
occurred or has not followed the steps of a traditional interview, it may make it
difficult later on to defend the interview process or content. Sticking to the bedrock of
the usual crime victim interview in content and process can eliminate such problems
from the start.
7. Cognitive impairment (or disability) is unrelated to the reliability of memory. People with severe intellectual disabilities, for example, can describe in exquisite detail the crimes that have been
committed against them, including the name of the perpetrator (if known) and the details of the
case. Like most of the population, however, they do not have excellent recall of unimportant
details of daily life such as the breakfast meal they had a few days prior.
I find myself pro per self represented without legal support, to proceed, beyond the basic federal paper work to start a lawsuit, that would of been thrown out if it was frivolous, with solid enough evidence all sort of State and Federal LAWS DOJ Criminal Manuals that describe (male on male abuse) and protect and compensate disabled or regular victims of sexual assault, harassment, stalking or even domestic violence, and the VA doctors who have a mandated requirement law to report for investigation if these things are even possibly happening. I was not keeping it secret to the doctors at the VA. I was embarrassed scared and my life had actually fallen to this. My Evidence includes a police report documenting evidence of my Poverty $900 SSD(Isabeled)I for PSYCH, my lowest of lows when I first admitted I needed help and I was ill, to protect myself from landlord battery and sexual happening’s which could of been investigated as harassment assault stalking or even domestic violence on a Disabled Man. The police documented my evidence but did not investigate because the report was made a couple of months after I was out of the housing, the VA after a 4 year did grant me housing. That it correct I had saved evidence while living there of this abuse, but never knew what to do with it until I was safely out of that housing. That is true, I was caught in a middle of a bad place to hold on and let this guy get over on me, and hope one day I would have VA housing, and be able to protect myself out of the housing, once I knew I would not be homeless again. The VA doctors could not control the Benefits being approved. The VA doctors did document everything in my patient records quite well. My lawsuit is to protect myself with federal and California State victims compensation laws policies to protect those suffering from landlord sexual and financial abuse. My military service was the direct link why I would end up confused and in pain and not knowing how to protect myself in survival mode from a landlord who could not stop himself, lasting some 7 years, while I was having symptomatic psychiatric and physical disability being medicated at the VA scared going crazy telling the VA what was going on at my living situation not even aware at the time of laws regulations protections, unable to stand up for myself, almost like on the ship at times, scared Sh-Tliss, unable to walk farther then a block, at the door steps of surgery with an MRI, awaiting 4 years 2014-2017 VA benefits being denied at Oakland Regional who was making headlines in Washington DC Reports, 2016 “failed”.

In a letter sent to the White House and Congress today, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) reported that the Veterans Affairs Regional Office (VARO) in Oakland, California, failed to process veterans’ benefits claims accurately and in a timely manner. This delayed the accurate payment of benefits to veterans and their dependents, in some cases by years. Three Oakland VARO whistleblowers came to OSC with disclosures of the Oakland VARO’s deficiencies, prompting an investigation. Those whistleblowers are Rustyann Brown, a former claims assistant, Roselyn Tolliver, a veterans service representative, and Lydia Cheney, a veterans service representative.
The VA Oakland had evidence I had evidence 1998 from MEPS that my Navy Army Transfer was Permanently Profiled 3P for Psych Spine Musculoskeletal off of a Guided Missile Frigate as a BM. 1999 a Navy Doctor diagnosed me with Major Depression and Bi-Polar but no follow up, and from there you will see a fallout boy who Became a weight to his immediate family and fiancé who all would distance themeslves, Then it took 4 years in this enlistment and an Honorable Discharge right into years of sub optimal living, then find himself 5150’d.
The BVA Judge saved me in Washington DC. It got worse though. VA Oakland got a chance to rate, and possibly the same person who denied me for 4 years my claim had a chance and now did rate me at 0% in 2017, and a letter I could appeal this!!. That was corrected after nearly 1 year when a Veteran Non Profit picked up my case.
But my current request is for full throttle support protecting Disabled Veteran Victims Rights and Compensation from abuse
Not to get off subject, but I grew up the son of a Army Soldier 1966-68 11 LIB Vietnam, who no fault his own unable to raise me to what I later discovered some 30 years later, after my Own Navy Enlistment, were his VA 100% Service Connected Injury. I joined the Navy in a enlistment I was recruited that offered a path to be an elite top notch officer, and be the leader of my family, and was meritoriously advanced in Bootcamp 1994. I never expected I was get ill on the FFG.
I am America’s Son, and I feel so lost, when it seems the only way to become a Survivor, on the ship or in the field, is when your Team Comes and Helps you out, and in this case this Federal Lawsuit, is projected to be going on for some time, and I will be alone in it stressing out, with no legal degree. I hope to get this one right for all victims veterans or otherwise rights benefits protections who might find themselves in similar situation, to become strong survivors together in the Me Too Movement.

Not to get off subject, but I grew up the son of a Army Soldier 1966-68 11 LIB Vietnam, who no fault his own unable to raise me to what I later discovered some 30 years later, after my Own Navy Enlistment, were his VA 100% Service Connected Injury. I joined the Navy in a enlistment I was recruited that offered a path to be an elite top notch officer, and be the leader of my family, and was meritoriously advanced in Bootcamp 1994. I never expected I was get ill on the FFG.
I am America’s Son, and I feel so lost, when it seems the only way to become a Survivor, on the ship or in the field, is when your Team Comes and Helps you out, and in this case this Federal Lawsuit, is projected to be going on for some time, and I will be alone in it stressing out, with no legal degree. I hope to get this one right for all victims veterans or otherwise rights benefits protections who might find themselves in similar situation, to become strong survivors together in the Me Too Movement.

One I’m afraid your using the wrong movement!! The ME Too movement has proven itself to be radicalized and the majority of the stories they claim are false!! If these things happened and you have proof then your better off taking it to a federal lawyer far away from California!!! You will get better results!!

It sounds to me like your suing the wrong people! If you reported a crime that involved abuse with evidence then that’s on the police department for not doing their job! Seems to me from what I’m getting from what your saying you exspected the VA to do the work of law enforcement!! Unless you were living in a VA facility the VA has no control!
