Thank you, my friend SFC (Join to see) for posting a great example of a changed heart Forgiveness tends to heal the person forgiving as they remove a burden they have carried for along time.

I do not like older Germans and older Japanese. And the Russians are worse

I understand that feeling CW4 Craig Urban but is your feeling cold (i.e. it's there in the background) or hot (it consumes and is fed daily). Those are very different things. I too do not like many older Germans; I lived 6 years in Germany and I had many interactions both good and not so good to base those on. But that dislike sits in a corner, I don't carry it around with me.
