I have elaborated on this in other threads, but I will point out that John Brennan, one of the very few people who would know that this agent existed and the contents of his reports, works for CNN now. Coincidence?
I don't think so.
This story from the New York Times (totally a publication that is in the bag for Trump) strongly implicates that it was Obama Administration official's leaks to the media in October, 2016 that endangered the agent and led to his exfiltration.
