I love and hate Cybrary training. A lot of the people on there aren't teachers. They're just a guy with the certification who made the course videos. The information is good but sometimes the delivery is hard to deal with.

I wish I could "top-vote" this. Luckily, the forums will many times call out such issues.

Thanks for the share, I have been looking for additional online sites for IT training.

https://usarmy.skillport.com/ will show up in your training record. I don't always like the format of the courses.
https://www.freecodecamp.org/ had some interesting projects to do. You have to be motivated to do some self-learning and research though in my opinion.
https://codefights.com/ has fun daily challenges, and I enjoyed the "arcade" as well.
https://www.khanacademy.org/ had some javascript courses that were fun. They also had a very good progression.
I never tried cybrary, or https://www.lynda.com/ .

https://mva.microsoft.com/ Microsoft Virtual Academy also had a few things that I want to try in the future.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/ And I've used the eval center to get copies of a few things to experiment and live on... Was able to run Win2012, and a Win10 within virtual machines...
Also there are many linux distributions with decent documentation.

For 25 CMF, you may want to check out JKO and LWN.army.mil.
