Didn't approve when they started doing this for minorities, still don't when they do it for women!

So we are lowering the standards for Engineers, Physicist, computing, construction etc...I really don't wany anyone...male or female...that doesn't make the standard designing or building anything of mine...period. There are standards for a reason based on facts and success rates.

As female engineer I find this policy very insulting. It is like they are saying women can’t do it without help! WTF?
