President Donald Trump Wednesday appeared to rule out sending the thousands of ISIS foreign fighters currently being detained by U.S. allies in Syria to the detention facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, saying that the ISIS detainees should be repatriated to their countries of origin.

We have no system in place to attempt to de-radicalize the 60% or so that can be. We also have no system set up to split up those that can be from those that can not be. Putting them together or in our prisons only give them a free staff college. On the other hand - the longer this goes on - the higher the chance that IS will conduct a spectacular prison break attack... as we have seen occur in Afghanistan.
