You may already know this, but your best chances at pulling the right folks might be the jobs fairs at tanker bases...especially Altus AFB which is close enough, and most departing or retiring Tanker airmen would rather be in Dallas than Altus. Are you a -135 crew chief or avionics tech? Is Collins updating the block 35 Pacer Crag?

Hello sir, thanks for the suggestion. I haven't attended one yet but that was my next step was to look for job fairs and reach out to the TAPS reps at the Tanker bases. I would agree that Dallas should be preferable to Altus but I'm also a little Texas biased. I'm a prior avionics tech, now Field Service manager. Collins is currently supporting Blk 45 upgrades and numerous other ongoing avionics mods. The fleet wide Pacer Crag replacement with Blk 40 GATM was completed back in 2013.
