Ours is hard to tell because things changed so radically from one year to the next but I think we paid less than we would have otherwise.

I prepared about 300 tax returns this year. You are not the only one who feels that way. It was by far the biggest complaint I heard!

Thank you for the input. LCDR Paul D. Allen I wanted $12,000 taken out in withholdings last year to ensure I got a decent tax refund, but with government intervention it was only $8000. I don't care if I am giving a free loan to the government, good tax returns is my best strategy to save money.
