This wasn't a big story actually. Like he said, he and Trump will still remain friends even if you lost his but recently

Yeah, he really laid into him - said he wanted to be a Supreme Court justice and Trump said no. There is no end.

I used to like everything Napolitano did and really got angry when they killed his Fox Business Show but lately I'm spending more time looking in to his "arguments" and he's more of a Technical Legalist on some issues that require a bit more "humanity" so I don't always go along with him. I'll have to watch this again and see what else I can dig up on it. There's probably more here than meets the ear.....
