You mean to tell me when I send a guy back to the CP from a range or training event to update his Medpros, hes not getting enough training?!?
Sure, hes green on medpros, but sucks at his job because you wont let him train on it.
How often are Infantry BCTs doing EIB? my last bde didnt do one in 3 years! That's skill level one stuff, the supporting tasks for collective tasks. Let's take that improperly trained person and run him through an intense training cycle from squad to company live fires in 5 weeks, no train up, no time to relearn improves from the last event. I've been on this rant for the past 5 years.
Also too- calling AWG a "special operational" unit is slightly funny because they fall under TRADOC.
