See pages 1 through 3 of Volume II of the report. (pages 213 - 215 of the PDF)

I really despise the use of deliberate political psychological operations/warfare by quasi US governmental organizations against the US citizen.

More people need to read the report and come to their own understanding of it as opposed to what they are being told to believe.

Read Army FM 3-13 (Information Operations) and a lot of what we are seeing from all sides will make a lot more sense.

1SG (Join to see) - Not really. What the FM and associated publications tell me is the Obama administration, the US Military, and the US Intelligence Community failed miserably (in a pitiable or contemptible manner; terribly).
