If you think THAT's Bad Go in to Business for Yourself and then have the IRS come after you 4 years after the Fact for $48,000.00 !! It' was all Bullshit but Thank God I had a Good Accountant! He fought with them for me for almost 2 years and the only thing I finally paid was $1200. because we lost one invoice. BTW I Sold To Government Entities that were Tax Free Organizations and The claimed I didn't charge them TAX so how stupid was that. Even when you win you don't win they send you a letter saying it could be reopened as any time. Fair Warning for anyone starting their own business. HIRE A COMPETENT TAX ACCOUNT!
