Pardon, ma'am CPT Stephanie Lincoln I just cannot see a solution if we cannot be honest about the wants and needs of the service. Training has to be done throughout the service. Even something as innocuous as sitting in a chair has to be looked at. Body posture, diet, sleep and social dynamics play equal parts in fitness. This is a lifestyle not a one time choice. You don't put on a uniform. You become the person worthy of wearing it. Part of earning that is the realisation of one's place in service and the sacrifices which will have to be paid. COL Mikel J.
