If only the Court would not limit its review to the transportation question. It is long overdue for a Constitutional examination of the "Sullivan Law" and all the superfluous idiocy added to it since it was pushed through the NY legislature by the syphilitic "Big Tim" Sullivan, the epitome of crooked Tammany Hall politician.
The very concept of a "may issue" permit to carry (or even purchase) a firearm based on arbitrary "need" to exercise a Constitutionally guaranteed right, assessed by some easily corrupted agent of the government, flies in the face of the Constitution.
