Actually I have a Ph.D Friend of mine from Africa whom when visiting here in Green Bay Wisconsin USA for 5 weeks at our training center explained it to me in short shocking detail. He never skipped a beat and came right out and said "That's the Slave Mentality". This from my African Friend! I could never get away with saying that but he said it!

While time is relative, it does not know race. The laws of physics as they apply to time are universal. We are victims (if we really want to think of it that way, I choose not to) of our own decisions over time not because of time. Like so many things in life we get to determine the quality what happens in our life by our attitude
