Liberals don't understand personal responsibility, its always somebody else's fault and they look for deep pockets to make them feel better. But then again anyone can sue anyone, getting a judgement is not that easy. What these dense F-Tards don't understand that even if they win, they open up the way to sue car manufactures for drunk driving deaths. Just think of the lawsuits that you can expect for all sorts of things when nobody takes personal responsibility. They never think beyond their shallow intellects.

This has already been tried and the "defendant" gun manufacturer won. This will go no where. Just as others have already noted this would open Pandora's box.
