Outsourcing War To Machines, The Military Robotics Revolution

It's been happening for a long time. Removing the human from the battle field is almost here. The advanced AI software used is also almost self aware, or already is self aware. But no tells a Cpl anything.
Drone swam is here and now. The drones communicate through a cloud based hub that allows each one to learn from the other in real time. I suspect, a human is in the background too. But how much control the human has may be good right now. In the future, the AI might choose to disobey due to being smarter than the human.
As we write and post here on RP, there are advanced AI programs advancing their own software and researching in 6 months what takes humans 30,000 years to do. The research will be giving information that seems out of this world. Just one patent will make someone a Billionare.
For me, I see the problem in the future when enough of our government has sold out to open borders and a new Constitution outlawing firearms. Those pussies will not be coming for hard chargers. The drones will. How to defeat a robot could be a topic of discussion here.

I really wish the human race would finally just manage to grow up and grow out of such lunacy, honest...every single invention the human race devises inevitably winds up being applied to warfare, pretty much unerringly...that it was gonna happen was obviously inevitable, it just wasn't going to take the shape depicted in most science fiction, though that was certainly accurate about the overall trend toward creating such mechanized craziness...
