I am not a jew, but from when I was 10 years old until they passed, an elderly Jewish couple, completely un-related to me were my de facto grand parents. The Rubenstein's lived two doors down. They both had tattoos on their arms. Like most ten year olds, I didn't yet have the couth to remain silent. I asked. Mr. Rubinstein said he would be happy to tell the story of their tattoos, but only if my Dad said it was OK.
The next day they had Dad and I to dinner. After dinner they told us their personal experience as Austrian Jews in Nazi Concentration camps. Dad told them not to hold back. It is the first time I can remember weeping for someone's pain other than my own.
Most Jews of her, Representative Omar's, age still have memories of family gatherings with relatives or family friends who bear concentration camp tattoos and with the ghosts who are not there. The Jews sorrow is not a sorrow of their own making. The horrors of childhood in Somalia are certainly undeniable. (I've been there.) But neither the pain of Jews or Somalis should be pitted against each other, or used as shields from disgraceful conduct. Representative Clyburn is an ass.

Delusions are painful when they get smacked with reality. The problem here is the delusional are being coddled by the leaders in order to push a narrative. Pain is pain, racism is racism. Is surprising that David Duke came out in support of her... the hypocrisy of the left will never surprise me!

The Jewish people are not responsible for her suffering. This is learned hate from being taught, not learned experientially from being abused by Jews. She needs to think long and hard about where she is from and where she is and thank God she is here.
